CELTIC
MERCHANDISE VENDOR MEMBER REQUIREMENTS
To become a merchandise member of the CVA the applicant
must be a vendor at Celtic events. These events include but
not limited to Scottish festivals and games, Celtic fairs,
and/or Irish festivals. The merchandise sold at these
events must be at a minimum 50% Celtic, medieval, or of a
historical nature. Celtic items are self-explanatory as is
medieval. Historical nature is included because some of the
countries that are not Celtic are closely associated with
Celtic nations such as the USA, Canada, England, and
Australia.

form must be filled out completely and a picture of your
set-up must be included with the application. The picture
and information you provide on your business will be
entered on the web site under your business name.
The annual fee for merchandise membership is $25.00.
FOOD VENDOR MEMBER
REQUIREMENTS
There not any special
requirements for a food vendor to become a member of the
CVA. Many events have both Celtic and non-Celtic food
vendors as not everyone wants Celtic food.

for food vendors membership. The form must be filled out
completely with a list of food you sell and a picture of
your set-up must be included with the application. The
picture and information you provide on your business will
be entered on the web site under your business name.
The annual fee for food vendor membership is $25.00.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
REQUIREMENTS
The requirement for associate membership only requires that
the member provide products and/or services to the
merchandise and/or food vendors. Associate members can list
the type of products or services they offer but a detailed
list is not required. Associate members will not be
eligible to serve on the board. Photos are not required of
associate members, however, you may choose to have your
logo added with your information. Click on membership

The annual fee for associate membership is $50.00.
ENTERTAINER MEMBER
REQUIREMENTS
Entertainers can be Celtic or non-Celtic. An application
must be completed and it is requested that you describe
your talent as detailed as possible. Photos are optional
but recommended. Entertainers are not be eligible to serve

The annual fee for entertainer membership is $50.00.
NOTE:
Any
Celtic Vendor Association membership application is subject
to rejection or termination at the discretion of the
board.
